Shipping to the United States

We currently offer shipping to addresses in the United States.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Delivery Time

Standard shipping typically takes 10–15 business days after dispatch. This is in addition to the processing time above. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Fees

We offer free standard shipping on orders of US$39 or more shipped to addresses in the United States.

For orders under US$39, shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Shipping Delays

Delivery may take longer due to public holidays, weather, customs processing, or carrier delays. If your package is delayed or tracking stops updating, please contact us so we can help investigate.

Address Changes

Please check your shipping address carefully before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to update the address before dispatch, but changes may not be possible once the order has shipped.

Missing or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears to be missing, please contact us with your order number and any relevant photos. We will investigate and help resolve the issue.
